Question: What foods contain iron? Apples don’t contain iron nowadays. The beef does.

Answer: Raisins and figs are very high in iron, dark green vegetables also – the darker the better. That dark green color indicates high iron content.

Again, in this alkaline diet, when we follow it correctly, it’s all already there. The food you eat is providing it.

But I agree, all this modern stuff is empty. If you feel you need to, you can take some iron supplements. I used to do that myself, now I don’t because of this diet.
