When you eat late at night, it can’t rest – organs have to deal with the food. The food doesn’t digest properly – that’s when a lot of people put on weight; you don’t burn it off, it just sits in there, etc., etc. So, no, don’t eat late at night. Maybe drink a cup of tea, something very, very light, if you feel you have to have something.
