Haribol! Ok, now let’s do our japa meditation with the beads. The mantra is the maha-mantra. And of course we start with GAURANGA on the head bead. And as applies always, try to relax, meditate on the sound, HARIBOL at the end.
Everybody touching the head bead.
GAURANGA
HARE KRISHNA HARE KRISHNA
KRISHNA KRISHNA HARE HARE
HARE RAMA HARE RAMA
RAMA RAMA HARE HARE
HARIBOL!
All right, very good.
And now let’s do approximately one round independently. Probably we will go a little faster this time but not too fast so you can clearly hear the mantra. GAURANGA on the head bead, HARIBOL at the end.
Touching the head bead. GAURANGA.
Japa meditation (individually).
All right, so, now you are veterans at doing japa yoga. You can learn these processes so quickly. Often people come up to me and say, “I’ve tried to meditate for years and I just can’t do it very well.” They are talking about the silent meditation technique. But with our mantra meditation it’s very easy.
So you’ve got your beads, you’ve got your mantra – you can use it.
