You eat that meat – you take that into yourself. And this affects your body and affects your mind. Those who eat meat, their mind is more agitated, by nature they are more aggressive: it makes a person more aggressive, and they have all kinds of different mental situations.
A vegetarian diet makes you more peaceful mentally, less aggressive, more calm, less agitated.
