If I yawn during the meditation, is it good or bad?
– Neither one. It is just another physical reaction.
But it disturbs meditation…
– But the more you do it probably the less you will experience that. If you remember with this meditation the potency is in the mantra. So if I am yawning or drifting off, it is still potent. If it was silent meditation then that would be big disturbance. But with the mantras it is not that big deal. Just do not worry about that.
I want to sleep…
– It is very relaxing meditation
So is it beneficial?
– It is Ok, it is Ok.
